I’m a Utah native, born and bred. My family goes back several generations in Emery County, and I still have lots of family there. I’ll always have a place in my heart for rural Utah.
I was born and raised in Utah County and graduated from Provo High School. After graduating from Brigham Young University and Michigan State University College of Law, My family and I are living in Weber county and enjoying getting to know another area of this great state.
I served an LDS mission in Ukraine soon after the Iron Curtain fell, and learned a lot about the rule of law and how important it is to ensuring freedom in any society. My experiences there were part of what motivated me to attend law school.
My wife and I have 5 children. Three boys and two girls. We have two sets of twins.
